The Port Credit West Village Partners is a dynamic partnership between Kilmer Group, DiamondCorp, Dream and FRAM+Slokker. This partnership brings with it award-winning experience in vision, development and the construction of sustainable and vibrant mixed-use communities. Port Credit West Village Partners (WVP) was specifically formed to purchase and undertake the transformation of the 72-acre former Imperial Oil site at the corner of Lakeshore Rd W and Mississauga Rd. WVP is utilizing the Inspiration Port Credit initiative, which was endorsed by Mississauga City Council in 2012, as it's guiding framework for the vision of the largest master-planned community in Canada located on the pristine shores of Lake Ontario in Port Credit.

With over 4.5 million square feet of new built form, 5 public parks, 18 acres of open spaces, 2,995 residential units and 300,000 square feet of office & retail space, Brightwater will be noted as the largest extension to the Port Credit area.
